For Sea Cloud and Shangri-la a 50% deposit is due upon booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations after this point are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If your cancellation is less than 14 days from the date of your arrival you are responsible for the full room charge balance unless we rebook the room. Cancellation Policy
If it is necessary to cancel or change any of the nights reserved you will be charged a $25 administrative fee per room canceled. For cancellations with less than 14 days' notice (30 days for Shangri La and Sea Cloud) or early departure you will be charged the full room rate for all nights reserved unless we are able to re-book the room. Last minute cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather are not refundable. There is a 21 day cancellation policy in effect during Holiday periods: Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, & Thanksgiving. Rates are for 2 adults per night. Additional adults $15/night, kids under 12 stay at no charge. Pet cleaning fees apply to all rooms.
